What is a gym?

In the gym, you can meet and socialize with new people. A gym is a place or room used for exercise. In general, the gym is equipped with a variety of exercise tools and machines that can be used to train certain parts of the body.

If interpreted literally,  fitness  is an English word meaning "fitness". The fitness in question is not always related to physical, but also mental and emotional health.
